Appointment Time: Your appointment time includes dressing, consultation, and any aftercare advice.

Arrival Reminder: For a smooth session, please arrive 15 minutes early. If you’re delayed, please call ahead. Late arrivals may have shortened sessions, but the full fee still applies.

Dress Code: Dress in whatever feels comfortable to you. Before treatments, feel free to change to your comfort level. Robes and slippers are available for facility use at our salon.

During Your Visit: Your comfort is important to us. If you need any adjustments, like room temperature, music volume, or treatment intensity – just let us know.

Gift Card Policy: Our gift cards are non-refundable and can only be used at the purchasing location. They don’t cover gratuity. Please present your card upon arrival to avoid full session charges.

Maintaining a Quiet Atmosphere: To ensure a serene environment for all, please silence cell phones and keep conversations soft within our spa area.

Package Details: Our spa packages are non-refundable and don’t include tips. However, you’re welcome to share your package sessions with others.

Payment Options: We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards – Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. A credit card is required to secure your appointment.

Personal Belongings: For safety, it’s best to leave valuables like jewelry at home. Jen Head Spa is not responsible for lost items.

Deposit Policy: Jen Head Spa requires a deposit of 50% of the service price to be paid upfront.

Additional terms and conditions: Deposits are non-refundable, you can reschedule your appointment and your deposit will be transferred over to your future booking. If you are unable to reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours before your appointment.
